What Should I Expect When I Visit?

When you visit our assembly “simplicity” will be the outstanding feature.  Everyone is of equal importance and we all dress and act like common, ordinary folks.  The main auditorium will seat about 250 people.

Our worship assembly is focused toward God, not toward man.  We are not there to put on a show, nor to be entertained.  We assemble to lift our praises to God in song.  We raise our petitions to God in prayer.

We remember the sacrifice of Christ in the Lord’s Supper every week.  We learn God’s word from a scriptural sermon.  We share our prosperity to fund the further spread of God’s good news.  These activities were all practiced by the first century church when they assembled.

You may participate in as many of these activities as you understand or feel comfortable doing.  No one will think poorly of you if you decline participation in certain things.  You will notice that people stand around and visit for a long time after worship.  This is where wonderful, lifelong friendships are made.  It will be through these new friends, as they share truth from scripture, that you will find the answers and fulfillment that you are seeking.

“Give to the Lord the glory due His name; bring an offering and come before Him.
Oh, worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness!”
1 Chronicles 16:29
